Our Specialty Coffee is a high-altitude bean, Arabica type, handcrafted in various indigenous communities in the state of Oaxaca. Certified under CERTIMEX standards for export to the European Union; NOP/USDA for USA and LOOAA for sale in the Mexican market.

Export quality grain

Our grain grows under diversified shade, surrounded by endemic trees of the region, timber and fruit trees. Most of the plots are located at more than 1,000 meters above sea level, which helps it develop slowly and its volatile fatty acids become more concentrated, which gives high quality to our coffee.

The species we handle are: Typica, Mundo Novo, Bourbon and Caturra; and they have an age that ranges between 01 and 40 years.
